Planned down time for Zephyr for Jira Cloud and Zapi cloud, scheduled 2 weeks ago

We want to make you aware that duringWeek 7 of the downtime schedule provided below, we will be migrating your Zephyr for Jira and ZAPI cloud instances. The given time will be utilized for the Phase 2 deployment of infrastructure changes, migration utility verification and customer data migration, as part of our GDPR and Atlassian privacy policy compliance efforts.

Week 7: Down Time Schedule

Friday, 04/05/2019 from 9:00 PM PST up until Sunday 04/07/2019 9:00 AM PST

We do not anticipate any issues with the migration. However, if you run into any issues post the migration, please open a support ticket at: https://www.getzephyr.com/support and we will look at it with the highest priority.

Note: The below changes need to be made by ZAPI customers following the downtime completion:

Regenerate ZAPI keys again
Pass in accountId instead of UserKey in the JWT Token
Use zfj-cloud-rest-client-1.2-jar-with-dependencies.jar which requires passing of accountId instead of UserKey Please refer to ZAPI documentation for more details.
