Planned down time for Zephyr for Jira Cloud, Zapi cloud and Capture cloud, scheduled 4 weeks ago

Hi All,

We want to make you aware that during the downtime schedule provided below, we will be migrating your Zephyr for Jira and ZAPI cloud instances. The given time will be utilised for the Phase 2 deployment of infrastructure changes, migration utility verification and customer data migration, as part of our GDPR and Atlasssian privacy policy compliance efforts.

Week 9: Down Time Schedule

Friday, 04/19/2019 from 9:00 PM PST up until Sunday 04/21/2019 10:00 AM PST

We do not anticipate any issues with the migration. However, if you run into any issues post the migration, please open a support ticket at: https://www.getzephyr.com/support and we will look at it with the highest priority.

Note: The below changes need to be made by ZAPI customers following the downtime completion:

Delete existing ZAPI keys Regenerate ZAPI keys again
Pass in accountId instead of UserKey in the JWT Token
Use zfj-cloud-rest-client-1.2-jar-with-dependencies.jar which requires passing of accountId instead of UserKey Please refer to ZAPI documentation for more details.
