Hi All,
We want to inform you about scheduled maintenance. During this time, we will be performing an infrastructure upgrade, which will result in an expected downtime of approximately 8 hours for selected tenants.
If you see an upgrade banner for your tenant with the below message , your tenant is part of this scheduled upgrade. If the banner is not visible, your tenant is not included in this upgrade.
"Infrastructure upgrade details As part of this upgrade, we will be transitioning Squad data from the old infrastructure to the new infrastructure. During this process, Squad will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 8 hours, while Jira will remain accessible. To ensure a seamless experience, we will take a backup of your instance before the upgrade to enable a quick rollback if needed."
